From the Bride: "The Venue was at Bailey's Palomar Resort.
Our naked cake - the bottom tier was champagne mango which was a huge hit, 2nd tier was chocolate mousse and the top, a margarita flavor from Lemon Grove Pastry Shop. Also, the desert table consisted of a variety of homemade pies my step mom, E, made!
Florals done by Gabi Bridges at Pick Tulip. I told her I wanted something very free and wild which she totally captured with just the right colors. Inside the barn she used lots of greenery, with eucalyptus, which I wanted as well. It was amazing!
Our DJ was from True North Tavern and he goes by DJ Demon ... He played all of our favorite songs while people were being seated and he played my favorite jazz by Miles Davis. We had our bridal party walk down to Vance Joy's "Mess Is Mine" and I walked down the aisle to Etta James' "At Last."
Our officiant was one of our best friends, Kenny O'dowd. He did a fabulous job with our ceremony. Our catering was by Del Mar Taco. Alex and I, being from San Diego, love tacos and good Mexican food. Oscar's food from Del Mar Taco captured just that and more!
